Xi’an Green Spring hold a prize giving ceremony for excellent employees for the first half-year of 2016 on August ninth morning , the purpose of this activity is to further improve incentive system of its company, better reflect management system for talented people ,which set a good example to the whole stuff.
The selection for excellent employees was under the principle of equity, fairness and openness, each of the department head recommends an standout who brings great profit or played an important role for the company for the first half-year of this year. The General Manager Office would select two excellent employees with good comprehensive performance and impression, they are awarded by company’s certificate and bonus.
Sales department：Wang Xue. She demonstrated good performance, passion and ambition in her work. Besides she gets tight follow-up with her customer, keeps learning, improving herself and reviewing her useful experience and learn lessons from her mistake while working.
Quality control department：Liang Yan. She demonstrated a rigorous, attentive attitude in her QC work. Meanwhile, she always keeps working, improving herself, hospitable, and make progress together with colleagues.
The two awarded employees are the epitome of many excellent ones at Green Spring. They proved themselves on an ordinary post with an unordinary contribution.
